You are a child of God, John 1.12, Romans 8:15-17

The IAM –Moment service will help you so much in this area.

Being committed to the Word of God
1Pet. 2:2…, Jesus is the living word, therefore our sure foundation in the faith is in building on the word, which is the Rock…., Mat.7:24-25

It’s the word of God that keeps us alive in the Kingdom of God, Mat.4:4

It’s the word of God that is able to build you and to give you an inheritance, Acts 20: 32

The spiritual Virtues in the word (Isa. 55:1-11, Isa. 7: 14-15)

The word is water, Isaiah. 55:1, Ephesians.5:26, John 4:14, John 15:3

The word is milk– Isaiah. 55:1-2, 1pet2:1-2, Hebrews 5:13

The word is meat– Matthew. 4:4, John6:2, Hebrews.9:13

The word is strong meat – Heb. 5:14, Heb.6.5

The word is wine– Isaiah.55:1, 11

The word is Honey, Isaiah 7:14-15, Proverbs 24:13-14: Matthew 13:5-14

FAITH:
FAITH, a principle factor in the life of the Kingdom of God

Without faith no one will please God

The quality of life a believer lives is a function of his or her faith. Hab 2:4, Rom 1:17, Heb.10:38

But faith has unlimited capacity for growth. 2 The 1:3

Faith grows by hearing and understanding the word of God, Acts 8:26-35, Rom 10: 17

At New Birth, we all have a measure of faith (the saving faith) Rom.12:3

The levels of faith include:

No faith – Mark 4:40

Little faith — Mat 8:26

Great faith — Matthew. 15:21-28

Very great (so great) faith- Mat. 8:10-13

Since scriptures emphasizes that it’s according to one’s faith, then wisdom demands that we start building our faith. 1 Tim 4:15, 2 Tim.4:13, Phil 4:13

How to build your faith:

Reading and meditating on the word of God, 1Timothy 4:13,15
Study of the word. 2 Timothy 2:115, Daniel, 9:2
Spirited search in the word. Luke 15:8, Proverbs.20:27
Through prayer for access to revelation Psalms 119:18; Jeremiah 33:

Learning from the word anointed ministers Jeremiah. 3:15-16, Ephesians. 4:8-11

Understanding the power of prayer
Prayer is the life wire of the believer. Luke 18:1; 1Thesalonians.5:21

Every child of God is a house (temple) 1 Corinthians.3.9; 1Corinthians 6.19

But God’s house is ordained the house of prayer in all nations, Matthew 21:11; Mark 11:17; Luke 19:4

We know that every uninhabited house is occupied by rodents, cockroaches, spiders etc, Matthew 12:43-45

This is why a prayer less believer easily becomes a victim of the torment of unclean spirits, Matthew 10:1, Hosea.5.4; Romans 8:15

Jesus shows the pattern of prayer that believers should use, Mat 6:9-13 as follows;

Worship and Praise Matthew 6:9, Psalms 100:4
Praying Kingdom advancement prayers, Matthew 6: 10; 1 Timothy.2.4; 2pet 3.9
Praying for personal needs – Matthew 6:11; Jam 4.2; Matthew 7:7-8, 11
Praying for forgiveness, Matthew 6.12, Psalms 66.18-19, 1 John 1:8-9
Praying for Deliverance from evil, Matthew 6:13, Matthew 266:41
Thanking God in advance for answered prayers Matthew. 6.13; Philippians 4:6

Understanding The Benefits Of Soul Wining:

This is the act of bringing other people to Christ (evangelize to other people for them to receive Christ).

This is a mandated ordained by GOD to every believer. Every child of God is ordained as a soul winner. John 15:16

Every child of God has a ministry of reconciling the world (people and all creation) back to God. 2 corinthians. 5:17-20.

If you are sure of your salvation, then go share your testimony with others like the Samaritan woman- John 2;29,39

Our testimony is our strongest message in reaching out to those who are yet to know Christ- John 10’37, Isaiah 8;20

We are redeemed to go out and compel people to come to church to meet with Christ. Luke 14:17-23

Inviting people to church does not require maturity, experience, it only requires passion to see people translated from darkness to light. Mark 8:38, Romans.1.16

This can be done through
Inviting friends, family members and relatives.
Participating in one for Jesus every program
Join the evangelization groups and be part of the evangelism and missions team

Many more of the roles of the Holy spirit

How to receive the Holy Baptism of the Holy Ghost

Recognize that Jesus is the Baptizer – Mat 3:11-12, John 16:7-8

Look up to Him with thirst and desperation to be baptized – John 7:37-39, Isa 44:3-4

Believe to speak in new tongues because that is only authentic biblical evidence for being baptized in the Holy Spirit. Acts 2:1-4, Acts 10:44-46, Acts 19:2,6

Expect to be filled as you pray or as hand will be laid on you.

Wish you a wonderful journey in this new life in Jesus Christ.
